Is there a minimum contract size?
Ambassador is designed for enterprise and mid-market programs with the customer base and program complexity to generate meaningful ROI at scale. Our engagements are structured around a minimum program commitment. We will tell you in the first call whether we are a fit. If we are not, we will point you to the right solution.
Can we start with one engine and expand?
Yes. Many Ambassador enterprise customers start with two or three engines and expand as programs mature and ROI is proven. Advocacy and Communication are the most common starting point. What does implementation look like?
Most enterprises are live within 30 days per engine. Our Customer Success team manages onboarding end-to-end: configuration, integration, and first-program launch. We target 90-day time-to-value on your first program. Enterprise and Strategic tiers include a dedicated Customer Success manager and a custom onboarding playbook scoped to your specific stack and workflows.
What integrations are included?
All plans include Salesforce, HubSpot, and core CRM integrations out of the box. Enterprise and Strategic plans include custom integration support through the Integrations Layer, covering your existing marketing, finance, and operations stack.
