Integrations built for reliability and security
Most martech platforms break down where it matters most: the data layer. Ambassador is built with native connections to your CRM, commerce, payments, rewards, and communications stack, plus a framework for everything in between.

Ambassador's Integration Framework is a proprietary, in-app iPaaS engine. It provides visual data mapping, schema transformations, and real-time two-way sync directly inside the platform, with no dependency on Zapier, Workato, or any third-party automation layer. Connections that aren't already supported are built on this same framework by Ambassador's integrations team, with no extra vendor relationship and no separate audit scope.
Built openly. Documented thoroughly.
Every integration on this page is backed by public, versioned documentation. Build, test, and ship against Ambassador with the same tools your developers already use.
Integration questions, answered
Common questions from buyers evaluating Ambassador for their stack. Need something specific? Talk to an integrations engineer.
Does Ambassador integrate with HubSpot?
Yes. Ambassador offers a bidirectional HubSpot integration that syncs contacts, companies, deals, and custom properties in real time. Referral, advocate, and engagement events flow into HubSpot as both standard and custom property updates, making them available in HubSpot workflows, lists, and reporting.
Custom HubSpot properties, including those used as foreign keys, are first-class. The mapping is configured in the Ambassador integration framework with no engineering work required.
Does Ambassador have a native Salesforce app?
Yes. Ambassador is the only referral and advocacy platform in its category with a Salesforce Managed Package built for both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, available on the Salesforce AppExchange.
The Managed Package supports custom objects, workflows, permissions, and your existing Salesforce automation. It is maintained against every Salesforce seasonal release.
How is Ambassador's integration framework different from Zapier or a generic iPaaS?
Generic iPaaS tools like Zapier or Workato sit outside your application and add a third bill, a third vendor, and a third place where data can break. Ambassador's integration framework is built into the platform itself.
That means visual data mapping, schema transformations, conditional routing, and webhook orchestration are configured directly in Ambassador, alongside the rest of your referral and advocacy program. No external automation tool, no separate audit scope, no extra vendor relationship.
What rewards and payout providers does Ambassador support?
Ambassador integrates directly with leading rewards-fulfillment providers, including Tango and Sendoso, enabling payouts across 100+ currencies, gift cards, and digital rewards globally. Reward issuance is automated based on advocate program rules and triggered by Ambassador events.
Custom reward providers can also be connected via the open API and webhook framework.
Does Ambassador have a public REST API?
Yes. Ambassador exposes a public RESTful API with full documentation, a public Postman collection, signed webhooks, and a complete event reference. Documentation is hosted in ReadMe with versioning, changelogs, and runnable examples.
The API is the same one Ambassador's own integrations are built on. There is no internal-only surface.
Is Ambassador SOC 2 compliant?
Yes. Ambassador maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance, GDPR compliance, CCPA compliance, and adheres to the US Data Privacy Framework. Annual third-party audits cover the security, availability, and confidentiality trust service criteria.
Detailed sub-processor information, encryption practices, and security documentation are available on request and during procurement review.
